1. General Purchase Terms & Agreement

These Terms of Purchase formulate unified transaction rules for all product purchase behaviors on our premium mature skin beauty e-commerce platform, and are legally binding on all platform users who browse products, place orders and complete purchase transactions. All users who initiate order placement, payment and purchase behaviors on the platform shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this agreement, and shall abide by the unified transaction rules formulated by the platform. This terms apply to all retail purchase transactions of age-friendly makeup products on the platform, covering all product categories, all regional user transactions, and all conventional purchase scenarios of the platform.
The purpose of formulating these Terms of Purchase is to standardize the order transaction process of the e-commerce platform, clarify the rights, obligations and responsibilities of both the platform and users in the purchase transaction process, maintain the normal transaction order of the platform, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties of the transaction. All purchase transactions on the platform are carried out based on the principles of voluntariness, fairness, honesty and credibility. The platform provides standardized product sales, logistics distribution and after-sales services, and users abide by transaction rules and complete legitimate purchase behaviors.

2. User Purchase Qualification & Obligations

Users who carry out purchase transactions on the platform need to have legitimate independent consumer capacity, and complete order placement and purchase behaviors in their personal legitimate name. Users promise that all purchase behaviors on the platform are personal daily consumer behaviors, not for commercial resale, illegal speculation and other non-consumer purposes. Users shall be responsible for the authenticity, accuracy and validity of the personal information, shipping information and payment information submitted during the purchase process, and bear all consequences caused by false information submission and wrong information filling.
During the purchase transaction process, users shall abide by all platform rules, prohibit malicious order placement, malicious price brushing, false transaction, malicious return and other abnormal transaction behaviors, and prohibit using the platform for any illegal and non-compliant transaction activities. Users shall complete order payment in accordance with the platform’s payment rules within the specified time. Unpaid orders that exceed the valid payment time will be automatically cancelled by the system. Users shall bear the relevant responsibilities and losses caused by their violation of purchase terms and platform rules.

3. Product Pricing & Payment Rules

All product prices displayed on the platform are unified retail prices denominated in USD, which is the only valid transaction currency for all platform purchase orders. All product prices are transparent and open, with no hidden fees, service fees, handling fees or other additional charges. The platform implements a long-term affordable pricing strategy for premium mature skin beauty products, and all pricing standards are based on the official display prices of the platform. In case of platform promotional activities, the product transaction price shall be subject to the preferential price displayed on the activity page, and the platform will honor all preferential commitments truthfully.
Users need to complete order payment through the legitimate payment channels supported by the platform. After the user completes the payment, the platform will confirm the payment status in real time, and the order will officially take effect after the payment is successful. The platform has the right to verify the legitimacy of the order payment. For abnormal payment behaviors such as suspicious transactions and illegal payment channels, the platform has the right to suspend order processing and conduct verification, and can cancel the abnormal order after confirming the violation. All payment settlement processes comply with international e-commerce transaction norms, ensuring standardized and safe fund settlement.

4. Order Validity & Modification Rules

After the user successfully pays and places an order, the order will generate a unique valid order number, and the order information will be stored in the platform system synchronously, forming a valid purchase transaction contract between the user and the platform. Before the order enters the warehouse processing and shipment link, users can apply for order information modification, including shipping address adjustment, contact information modification, and product quantity adjustment, and the platform will complete the modification free of charge in accordance with user’s legitimate demands.
After the order is processed and shipped, the order logistics and product information cannot be modified. Users can only adjust the order through after-sales return and refund rules. The platform reserves the right to cancel orders in special circumstances, including but not limited to abnormal order data, repeated malicious order placement, product inventory shortage caused by system faults, and order information errors. For orders cancelled due to platform system reasons, the platform will take the initiative to complete the full refund and inform the user of the cancellation reason to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of users.

5. Product Delivery & Receipt Rules

After the order takes effect, the platform will complete order processing and shipment within 1-3 business days in accordance with the unified service standards, and implement a global unified 6-12 business days standard delivery cycle. All orders enjoy complimentary free shipping services, and users do not need to bear any logistics and transportation costs. The platform is responsible for the safe packaging and standard logistics distribution of products, and ensures that the products are delivered to users completely and intact.
Users shall complete parcel receipt in a timely manner after the goods arrive. Users shall check the outer packaging and product integrity of the parcel on the spot after receiving the goods. If there are problems such as damaged packaging, missing products and wrong goods, users can feed back to the platform customer service in a timely manner and initiate after-sales processing. If users sign for the parcel without objection, it will be deemed that the product delivery is completed normally and the product appearance and quantity are intact. Users shall bear the corresponding losses caused by delayed receipt and failure to check goods in a timely manner.

6. Transaction After-sales & Right Protection Rules

All purchase orders on the platform enjoy the official after-sales service guarantee formulated by the platform, including 60-day free return service, 5-10 day efficient refund service, and product quality problem after-sales replacement service. All after-sales processing of purchase orders shall be carried out in accordance with the platform’s Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. Users can initiate legitimate after-sales applications within the valid service cycle in accordance with the actual situation of the order and products.
Users shall abide by the principle of good faith in using after-sales services, and prohibit malicious after-sales applications such as fake returns, false quality complaints and repeated malicious refunds. For after-sales applications that violate the principle of good faith and platform rules, the platform has the right to reject the application and record the user’s abnormal transaction behavior. The platform will strictly perform after-sales service obligations, fully protect users’ legitimate consumption rights and interests, and maintain the fairness and standardization of platform transaction after-sales processing.
